Daniel's Mobile CARB Check is a California Air Resources Board (CARB) certified mobile Clean Truck Check (CTC) inspection service proudly serving Los Angeles County and Orange County. We specialize in OBD2 diagnostic emissions testing for 2013 and newer heavy-duty diesel vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) over 14,000 lbs — including commercial trucks, fleet vehicles, and out-of-state trucks operating on California roads.

Our service was founded by a CARB-credentialed tester with years of hands-on experience in diesel emissions compliance. We understand that downtime costs money. That's why we bring the inspection station directly to your yard, terminal, or lot — eliminating the need to route your fleet to a fixed facility and minimizing disruption to your operations.

California's HD I/M (Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance) program requires subject vehicles to pass semi-annual OBD2 emissions testing. Non-compliance can result in DMV registration holds, fines, and enforcement actions. We help fleet owners, owner-operators, and logistics companies stay ahead of their compliance deadlines with fast, professional, on-site testing.
